Elena spent more than 15 years building Reporting Systems for more than 20 Banks. In 2015, she founded the RegTech company called Reporting Center to create reporting software solutions for the banking market.

Founder of the TechVentures.ro incubator, after an intense experience in the USA, as she got the chance to visit 9 American tech incubators in 4 states: Atlanta, Boston, Utah and Chicago. She organized 5 seasons of the TechVentures Incubator Program for 50 tech startups out of which 5 obtained an investment from Tech Ventures Capital. Tech Ventures Capital has active investments in TECHVENTURES BANK and in several tech startups.
