Northern Bucharest and Village Museum walking tour - 10 Euro

We will explore the Northern and most impressive part of Bucharest, the part of the city that brought together the wealthiest families of the country and their amazing mansions and palaces. This is near the conference area! We will explore history, beautiful architecture and end our stroll through the charming Village Museum – to show the starking contrast between the capital and the countryside.

The National Museum of the Village “Dimitrie Gusti” is considered one of the main tourist attractions in Bucharest. Stretching over an impressive area, the museum has the size of a true village and includes a lot of monuments and artefacts from the 17th century to the 20th century. Here you will find, in fact, houses and rural buildings representative of each ethnographic area of the country, including from Transylvania, Maramures, Oltenia, Moldova, Dobrogea, Muntenia and Banat.
